Setup Guides

Find your device below for step-by-step setup instructions. Your credentials and URLs are always available in your dashboard.

Web Browser (Web Player)

None needed — built-in, free with every subscription

  1. 1Open any modern browser — on a laptop, desktop, or tablet — and visit the Enktel Web Player. Nothing to download or install.
  2. 2Enter the same username and password from your Enktel IPTV subscription — the one already used on a Smart TV, Firestick, or MAG box.
  3. 3Check what's on now and next, filter channels by category, or search for a specific channel using the built-in guide.
  4. 4Select any channel or guide entry and it streams immediately in the browser, at no extra cost — no separate IPTV player app to buy or configure.

Firestick

TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro

  1. 1Go to the Firestick home screen, search for 'Downloader' and install it. Enable 'Apps from Unknown Sources' in Settings > Device > Developer Options.
  2. 2Open Downloader and enter: https://enktel.tv/smarters — this will download the IPTV Smarters APK. Install it.
  3. 3Open IPTV Smarters. Select 'Add User'. Enter your name, then paste your M3U URL and EPG URL from your dashboard. Tap 'Add User'.
  4. 4Your channels will load automatically. Browse by category, set up favourites, and enjoy 4K streaming.

Smart TV

Smart IPTV / SS IPTV

  1. 1On Samsung or LG Smart TVs, go to the App Store and search for 'Smart IPTV' or 'SS IPTV'. Install the app.
  2. 2Open the app to find your TV's MAC address on the welcome screen. You'll need this for activation.
  3. 3Visit our portal and enter your MAC address along with your M3U URL from your dashboard. The playlist will load on your TV.
  4. 4Restart the app on your TV. All channels will appear organised by category.

MAG Box

Built-in Portal

  1. 1Connect your MAG box to your TV via HDMI and to your router via Ethernet (recommended) or WiFi.
  2. 2Go to Settings > System Information to find your MAG box's MAC address.
  3. 3In Settings > Servers > Portals, enter the server URL shown in your dashboard as Portal 1.
  4. 4Reboot your MAG box. It will connect to our server and load your subscription automatically.

iPhone / Android

IPTV Smarters Pro / GSE Smart IPTV

  1. 1iPhone: Download 'GSE Smart IPTV' from the App Store. Android: Download 'IPTV Smarters Pro' or 'TiviMate' from Google Play.
  2. 2Open the app and look for 'Add Playlist' or 'Add M3U URL'. Paste your M3U URL from your dashboard.
  3. 3For programme guides, add your EPG URL in the app settings under EPG / XMLTV.
  4. 4Your channels will load. Browse live TV, VOD, and use the programme guide.

Windows / Mac

VLC Media Player

  1. 1Download and install VLC from https://videolan.org (free, works on Windows and Mac).
  2. 2In VLC, go to Media > Open Network Stream (Ctrl+N on Windows, Cmd+N on Mac).
  3. 3Paste your M3U URL from your dashboard into the Network URL field and click Play. All channels will load.
  4. 4For a better experience, install BlueStacks and then TiviMate for a full TV guide experience on PC.

Router

DD-WRT / OpenWRT / Tomato

  1. 1This method works with routers running DD-WRT, OpenWRT, or Tomato firmware. Check if your router is compatible.
  2. 2In your router's DNS settings, add our server details (contact support for router-specific credentials).
  3. 3Once configured, any device on your network can stream IPTV without needing to enter credentials individually.
  4. 4For router-level setup assistance, contact our support team with your router model for custom instructions.
